Marions Barn is a lovely holiday property - spacious and with pleasant views out of all the windows. Its in a great location for exploring the Avalon Marshes, so great for people who like birds and wildlife etc. Also very convenient for Wells and the Mendips .

If you want peace and tranquility for your holiday, then this is the place for you. Well kitted out property with lots of space. One of our party is wheelchair bound but the space, wide doors and downstairs bedroom/en suite wetroom was a real bonus for us.

Great place to stay . We went as a family group of 5 , including my elderly mum of 87. She had the lovely downstairs twin room with walk in shower and Juliet balcony overlooking the orchard. 3 bathrooms and a separate toilet downstairs so great for a family. Lots of space and brilliant location for exploring Wells, Glastonbury and Cheddar.

Lovely location, peaceful . Spacious property, warm and comfortable, good facilities. Minor problems with lack of some basics such as enough tea towels, kitchen scourers and oven gloves ( although these were provided when requested. Some slightly less than clean parts.

Fabulous, quiet location and well presented cottage. Very spacious and generally copes with 6 guests very well. Plenty of pubs although none sensibly walkable owing to the unsafe road. Our only major criticism would be the 4 single beds which are not very comfortable, at least for adults.

We loved the barn. It was luxurious but also very cosy. The orchard and the public footpath were so nice for an early morning walk. It is so quiet, you only hear some sheep bleating. The house is very near all the attractions like the beautiful Wells and Bath. We really felt at home and were sorry to leave!
