The popular holiday resort of Blue Anchor is situated close to Exmoor National Park near to some of the very best moorland and woodland countryside where many delightful walks and other country pursuits can be enjoyed. Within a short walk of a large beach, two pubs, a seaside cafe, and the historic West Somerset steam railway, which runs from Minehead to Bishops Lydeard, you’ll not be short of activities to fill your time. The seaside town of Minehead is 4.5 miles with its beach, an array of cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, and the start of the South West Coast Path. Nearby are a wealth of beaches, pretty villages, and attractions that include Watchet (3.5 miles), Porlock (10 miles), and Dunster (2.5 miles), plus you can get away from it all in the awe-inspiring landscape of Exmoor National Park.

Enter this immaculate ground-floor apartment and into the light and airy kitchen/diner. The well-equipped kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. The welcoming lounge is ideal for kicking back and relaxing in with a Smart TV, a cosy sofa and chair and doors to the conservatory, which has two comfortable chairs and wonderful sea views. Venturing outside there is a small, enclosed garden with sea views, a lawn area, patio, fenced pond, a BBQ, and outside seating - a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee with your four-legged friend. There is also an attractive landscaped shared garden with panoramic views of the sea and Exmoor's coastline, which is shared with the other three apartments. Off-road parking for one car, can be found at the front of the property with further parking available by arrangement.

The location and views from the cottage were great. The enclosed garden was not secure with the bins being accessible to dogs in the garden and the side gate being able to be opened and accessed by any building residents to get to the laundry room and bins. We were not told this until arrival.
