Set in the lovely, tranquil foothills of the Quantocks, this charming cottage is within walking distance of the coastal footpath providing walkers with beautiful rugged scenery throughout the year.

From this delightful cottage, the Coleridge Way can be easily accessed, a new 36 mile trail taking you through the stunning countryside of the Quantock Hills with its herds of ponies, through the Brendon Hills and into Exmoor National Park. You can look for fossils on Kilve beach, an Area of Special Scientific Interest, or explore the several small quiet pebbled bays to be found between Kilton and Minehead. Further along the coast is the vibrant seaside town of Minehead with its sandy beach, harbour fishing and coastal boat trips, or you could visit picturesque coastal towns and villages including Watchet and Lynmouth. Other attractions nearby include the Stockland Lovell Equestrian Centre, Dunster Castle and the West Somerset steam railway. On entering this lovely self-contained annexe, which is situated in beautiful and peaceful countryside in the pretty hamlet of Kilton, you will find yourself in the traditional and welcoming lounge/diner. With TV, DVD and retaining original features including exposed beams and a traditional wood burner, the spacious and inviting lounge is an ideal space to relax in at the end of a fantastic day exploring the beautiful countryside of Somerset. You will also find a delightful dining area with a pretty garden view. Exploring this lovely property further you will find the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Along the hallway you will find the ground-floor bathroom, which is complete with a shower over the bath and a WC. Going up the steep cottage style stairs, you will find a cosy king-size bedroom with beautiful oak beams and an en-suite shower room with WC. Stepping outside, you can relax in the large enclosed private garden to the front of the property which has a seating area.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Our stay at the cottage was really lovely made better by Judith and Toffee . Judith encouraged us to use her lovely back garden Milo thought he was in heaven with all the scents and sounds. There are some really lovely bridle ways and coastal walks on the doorstep . A meal at the local pub the Hood is a must. Thanks again Judith

The cottage has a very pleasant well furnished living room with sofas for relaxing and a dining table and chairs for meals. The kitchen is small but adequate and well equipped. The bedroom is a lovely, large room with a very comfortable bed and an en suite shower room. There is also a bathroom and loo downstairs and a useful enclosed back garden. Pepperpot Cottage is in a tranquil location. Beautiful gardens high the owner encouraged us to use. Welcoming tea, milk & cake. Comfy bed, ideal having 2 bathrooms and wcs, plenty of linen, china and cutlery for 2. Dogs absolutely loved it.

A warm welcoming host who spoilt us with cake, milk and flowers. Judith allowed us and our dog Honey to walk in her large beautiful garden. The cottage was idyllic and the coastal walks and local hostilleries very appreciated. We would highly recommend a visit. Garry, Pam & Honey Thomas.

Pepperpot cottage and it's gardens are absolutely beautiful! Our dog had the best time exploring! So warm and comfortable with huge thick walls and beams. Approached via a quiet lane Pepperpot lies in a tiny hamlet where all you here is birdsong, the little church bell on the hill and the occasional tractor. The area has plenty to offer. Beautiful Read moremedieval Dunster village, Porlock wier, Watchet harbour all well worth a visit! We really didn't want to go home! Hide

A great get away from it all cottage old world comfort with fantastic views. Lovely gardens. If you can't be parted from your mobile don't go here very poor to no signal and internet slow, I think that is a big plus. I would love to go back here any time.
