Very many thanks to Lucy and her family ( including the dogs) for a warm welcome and an excellent property. The cake on arrival and the flowers were a lovely touch. Very relaxing and we hope to go back again in the future.

We have just spent 3 weeks at the Apple Shed Cottage and have had wonderful time. I would certainly recommend it if you want a peaceful time in the country with beautiful views surrounded by farming land and yet easy access to the motorway. The building is a traditional Devon white washed long house and the inside was very roomy, modern, comfortablRead moree and spotless. It was hard to leave. I will miss your cakes and smiles Lucy and of course the three dogs. Thank you. Hide

The apple shed is a wonderful cottage. We had a very warm welcome by Lucy, het family and the dogs. Lucy also provided lots of toys for our toddler, who loved the tricycle. Thanks!

The apple shed was just perfect, perfect location, perfect home from home situation and stunning countryside views and very quiet. The pictures of the cottage did not do it justice as it was far better than any picture can portray. If 11 out of 10 was available then this would be my vote.

AS SOON AS WE ARRIVED WE RECEIVED A VERY WARM WELCOME, WHICH INCLUDED THE 3 DOGS! WE THOUGHT THE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES AND THE VASE OF ROSES WERE A LOVELY TOUCH. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE (NOT THAT WE HAD ANY PROBLEMS WHILST WE WERE THERE). WE HAD A VERY ENJOYABLE AND RESTFUL BREAK AND WOULD REALLY LIKE TO RETURN IN THE FUTURE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
