We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Linnet. A very beautiful area with lots to see and do. Bradford on Avon is picturesque and we also went into Bath on the bus. The property is small but has everything you need and is very quiet and peaceful. BOA wharf is nearby and you can see all the narrow boats going along the canal. Lots of National Trust propeRead morerties in the area. Gavin and his brother were very welcoming and helpful. Hide

A lovely cottage. Small but contains all you should need, for a weeks break. On arrival we found 2 pints of milk in the fridge. And a selection of tea and coffee, including suger. A nice friendly atmosphere on the site. Although it is a farm, albeit horses. Their was no unpleasant smells etc.

The property is well-located by the canal marina and away from the main Trowbridge Road. It's a 25 minute walk into Bradford on Avon, either by road or via the canal path. The living room/kitchen is compact but adequate for a holiday property. The mini oven is not a problem - on one occasion we dined in, we were able to oven roast a chicken. Gavin Read morewas very friendly and quickly sorted out a minor plumbing issue for us. We would happily book this property again. Hide

The property was even nicer than it looked in the pictures. It had been left very clean and well prepared for the present circumstances with special hand wash in the bathroom. It was very conveniently placed, with a pub/restaurant nearby and a walk into Bradford on Avon and plenty of National Trust gardens to visit nearby.
