Why not relax on the comfy sofa while watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV. Comfort has not been compromised especially when it comes to a good night’s sleep with the double bedroom accessed via an archway from the lounge/kitchen/diner. The bedroom is again beautifully finished and has a Smart TV should you wish to enjoy a lie in or two. The shower room can be accessed from the kitchen area and has a shower and WC.

Venturing outside from the back door you will find yourself on the private enclosed patio with seating. In the summer you can enjoy a lavish al fresco breakfast or some lazy summertime sunbathing. A lovely, modern, clean and comfortable barn conversion. A high priority for us was local dog walks - and there are plenty of these, set in beautiful countryside on well-signposted public footpaths. Great location for visits to Bath, Bristol, Wells and further afield.

Lovely setting, nice and quiet. Brilliant that dogs are welcome. Lovely to have a welcome gift too.

The cottage was well situated, lovely dog walk from the door and very central for north Somerset/South Cotswolds. It was generally well equipped and last week the air conditioning was a real bonus.

We had a really lovely week at the cottage with everything there that we could have wanted. Its a very good location, peaceful but not far to go to Bath, Wells, Bristol, Weston etc. Sam, Tom and Claire were very friendly.

I spent 2 nights at the cottage while visiting friends and Bath. The cottage itself is beautiful - great quality and set within the grounds of a beautiful country home. The village was quiet and I was able to walk the dogs down the country lane and through a lovely walk through the country. I'd definitely recommend this cottage for both short and lRead moreonger breaks. Hide

We had a lovely time at this beautiful cottage. The location is excellent with gorgeous views across the valley in a really nice village. There is a really nice walk across the downs which leads down to the river which the dogs enjoyed. The cottage itself is great with a contemporary look and modern fittings set against the beautiful oak beams.
