This property is situated just a short walk from Dulverton village with its tea rooms, galleries, independent boutique stores, Gastro Pubs and Wine restaurants.  Located in one of the most beautiful areas of Somerset, on the edge of Exmoor National Park, within a designated Dark Sky Reserve. Offering guests wonderful opportunities for star gazing. Take time to truly enjoy the fantastic walks close by. Further afield take a trip to the seaside towns of Minehead and Ilfracombe and offer a range of shops, restaurants, and attractions, alongside their beaches. Other places of interest in the area are, the pretty village of Porlock, the harbour town of Watchet, and the medieval village of Dunster with a fascinating castle. 

This property is attached to the owner’s residence, however your privacy is assured. A gravel driveway leads you to the entrance. Enter the porch and hallway, the perfect place for your coats and boots. From the hallway doors lead off to the ground floor double bedroom, separate WC, lounge, kitchen/diner and stairs to the first floor where the further bedrooms and bathroom are located. Leading into the lounge that is dressed to impress and retains many original features, the lounge is the perfect place to cosy up and watch a film on the TV/DVD and Amazon firestick. Next to the lounge you have the kitchen/diner which is well-equipped and just perfect to cook that meal. The kitchen area comprises of electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. The dining area seat’s six to enjoy a family meal, it also has doors to the enclosed rear courtyard. Heading back into the hall and leading off you will find a king sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC, completing this floor is also a separate WC. Heading up the central staircase to the first floor to the remaining bedrooms and bathroom. This floor continues the traditional theme, you will find a twin with original wrought iron beds and a double. Just off from the first-floor hallway is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Heading outside an enclosed rear courtyard with patio, furniture and a gas BBQ and to the front their is an additional meadow with seating, apple trees and wild flowers to enjoy the evening sun. To the front of the property there is off-road parking for two cars.

Amazing house in a great location. It is a lovely, light house with great parking, a good kitchen, a perfect lounge to relax in. Would stay again.

Absolutely beautiful house on the edge of the village. Warm, cosy and very clean. A ground floor bedroom and bathrooms were perfect for our elderly relative. Much bigger than the photos suggest, lots of room for everyone. The welcome pack of tea and cake was a lovely touch. Dulverton is an easy walk and has everything you need. Little Meadow is a very spacious, comfortable holiday home which is tastefully furnished throughout. Guests can walk into Dulverton which is a very interesting village with independent shops and a monthly farmers market. Ideal for a peaceful family holiday when visiting Exmoor.

Fantastic location and home. Friendly owners on hand if you need anything. Easy walkable access to pubs, restaurants and amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous cottage and location, nice little walk into the town with a couple of pubs, restaurant and a shop for essentials, I would stay here again, happy days
