The central location makes it perfect for visiting both coastlines including pretty Watchet and Blue Anchor Bay to the North and the popular seaside towns of Seaton, Lyme Regis and Sidmouth to the South.

You will find a table and chairs, a charcoal BBQ as well a wood-fired hot tub, which is particularly inviting at night, when guests can enjoy the warm bubbling water under the star-filled skies. You will be very welcome to use the owners tennis court too. There is private parking for 2 cars.
