We loved staying here. The property was very clean and comfortable with a lovely upstairs lounge where you can enjoy the views and watch the wildlife. The fields at the bottom of the garden are great if you have a dog with you. A fabulous location with some lovely pubs and cafes a short drive away. Our favourite pubs were the Greyhound Inn at StaplRead moree Fitzpaine and the Crown Inn less then ten mins away. Kitchen at the wharf is also lovely for lunch but it can get very busy so booking is recommended. We definitely plan to return to frog lane cottage. Hide

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage and found it to be incredibly dog friendly . The cottage is very well appointed to a high standard and there are plenty of footpaths to explore straight out of the front door . The garden is very pretty and we spent several lovely hours sitting out in it soaking up the sun.

A lovely, cosy cottage with easy walking into the fields along the stream. Very comfortable with everything you need. Our hosts were available and responded quickly to our one question. Even with all of the rainwater gathering in lakes in the fields there was no problems getting here. It is a perfect getaway for peace, quiet and calm.
