We enjoyed our second visit to Mendip Barn. The owners are considerate, never intrusive, but want you to enjoy your trip. Beautifully equipped, great location too. Fully recommend a visit.

We had a lovely few days in Mendip Cottage. Trudy was friendly and helpful, and sorted out a couple of queries immediately. A perfect place for exploring the local countryside. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our relaxing break here. The owners were very friendly and thoughtful. The cottage was very clean and well equipped. It was nice to have a private outdoor area too. We visited the local area and cafes which were in easy reach of the cottage. Dont hesitate to book!

Lovely cottage in a lovely area. 1 very small window in the open plan living place which made the space feel very enclosed.

A lovely comfy, clean and cosy property in a lovely quiet location. Although there are no views from the cottage you are able to sit by the owners duck pond and enjoy the country side and the private seating area at the back of the property is a great sun trap. Would highly recommend.

Cottage was really nice and the overall site the same. In perfect condition and nicely furnished and equipped - owner, Trudy, went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed.

Lovely well equipped farm cottage set within reach of a duck-pond and views of animals in nearby fields. We were out and about most days visiting our relatives and having trips to Cheddar, Glastonbury etc. the surrounding lanes are very narrow so if like us you are not so young and fit - you would have to drive to the local pub or get takeaways.

It is an excellent cottage, in a beautiful location with very friendly hosts. The place was so good that friends of ours were already thinking of booking up to use it, before we were half way through our time there. Being greeted by three chickens, as soon as we got out of the car was a bonus, as was the beautiful lake.

A well presented cottage in a tranquil setting. Cream tea on arrival is a nice extra touch which shows the caring side of the owners who also ensured that they introduced themselves to us.
