What a beautiful place, as long as you don't mind steps and steep slopes ( not recommended for anybody with bad knees ) the cottage is set amongst beautiful scenery where peacocks come and visit, The cottage is beautifully kept as long as you don't mind steps, it is well laid out with everything you need , the hosts are very accommodating. Be awRead moreare that the side of the cottage does run alongside the road and you do get the fast and furious cars at different times of the evening, with loud exhausts. There are some lovely walks in the area with a beautiful spot just above the cottage to have a morning cuppa and watch the sun rise . The pool is seasonal but hot available all year where you can sit watching the stars. Hide

Perfect place! Unbelievably clean inside and so were all the garden facilities. Personal warm welcome was lovely, and the welcome treats a bonus. Beautiful surroundings. We saw dragon flies, a deer, and even a badger!! Great location for lots of things. I simply don't think this could possibly be topped for its facilities, location, and value for mRead moreoney. Already recommended to family and friends who are able to navigate some steep steps. We will definitely be returning. Hide

The cottage is set in the most beautiful landscape. Sitting in the hot tub of an evening, you are fully emersed in nature with the rustling trees, dragonflies whizzing around overhead and, if you're lucky, even a visit from 5 brazen peacock's who I'm guessing live locally. The hot tub and the pool truly made our holiday, We were in the tub every evRead moreening and managed 5 of the 7 days in the pool, with temperatures of 25/26. I won't lie, it's cold when you get in, but keep moving and you're good. Hide

A beautiful cottage with a stunning view and perfectly located for all the activities we wanted to do while we were away. The hot tub was a particular highlight for my children. The cottage was very well equipped and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful.

Lovely cottage in a nice location to explore all that Somerset has to offer. Cottage was well presented with everything you could possibly need, plus added luxuries of the log burner, pool and hot tub. Great Wi-Fi signal throughout. Welcome flowers, wine and milk were greatly appreciated and a lovely touch from thoughtful owners. We found the histoRead morery of the cottage, along with renovation pictures, really interesting. A lot of thought has gone into making your stay a relaxing one. Hide

Lovely cottage in Banwell - very steep location- plenty of steep steps outside and 2 flights inside cottage- people with mobility issues or toddlers would struggle. Cottage very well equipped and lovely welcome goodies when we arrived. The pool was amazing as we had excellent weather during the whole week - lots of floats available with plenty of gRead morearden toys. The hot tub was lovely but it was too hot for us due to hot weather. Hosts were lovely - only next - kept themselves to themselves. Hide

Lovely place to stay. Is next to a main road but didn't really bother us. To access the property off a side street through wooded area which us lovely. There is parking at the top of the drive and down near the barn but it's very steep. I have a large car and did park at tge bottom but had to drive partially into other driveway and reverse down. ThRead moreere are some steep steps also which wouldn't be good if you have mobility issues. Had an enjoyable stay and nice to use hotub and pool. Thank you. Hide
