The location, if looking for a quiet holiday, is second to none. All we could hear were the birds and our thoughts. Wonderful. Nothing, though is perfect. The water was cold on each and every day, so washing in cold or barely warm water, or waiting until the boiler was switched on, was our choice. This is really a fantastic place to stay in mid Devon. The north and south coast lines are about 40 12:55 hour away if you drive. The owner is very friendly and was around to give us hints and tips. The view from this property is spectacular. I really highly recommend it.
