The property is located on the edge of the thriving village of Williton and is within walking distance of a range of shops, pubs and a bakery. Step back in time and aboard a steam train, conveniently located behind the main farmhouse is the West Somerset Railway, that takes you through the beautiful Somerset countryside. Head to the coast and visit Watchet with it’s pretty harbour, or the coastal town of Minehead, further along the coast are the attractive villages of Porlock, Lynmouth and Lynton. Dunster with its National Trust castle towering above it is a must see and is just a short drive, as is Exmoor National Park, perfect for those wishing to walk or cycle this awe-inspiring landscape. Golf  Courses are found in Minehead at Minehead and West Somerset Gold Club (9 miles), Taunton at Oake Manor ( 15 miles ) and at Enmore Park (14.8 miles ). For water sports enthusiasts, Wimbleball Lake is only 11 miles by car and offers dinghy sailing, kayaking, windsurfing and glorious walks around the 11 mile circumference for your dogs.

Enter your private enclosed terrace with views over the shared landscaped gardens and Quantock Hills and step into the carefully crafted, light and airy property through the French doors. During the warmer months let the outside in or when it’s cooler curl up in front of the wood burner and watch the seasons change. Relax in the lounge area, with Smart TV, wood burner and cosy seating, the ideal spot to plan your next day’s activities. The kitchen area is fitted with everything you may need to prepare a meal or hearty breakfast including an electric oven and two-ring hob, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. When the day is done you can enjoy some stargazing through the Velux windows from the comfort of the cosy king-size bed in the sleeping area. Completing the accommodation is a stylish shower room with shower and WC where you can re-invigorate after a long day exploring.

Head outside the property into your private enclosed terrace and enjoy your morning coffee while planning the day ahead. Brilliant location with friendly hosts. Ideal for Somerset coast, Quantocks, Dunster Castle and Cleave Abbey, not to mention the WSR. Comfortable, clean and ideal for relaxing.

Great place, really clean comfortable and modern. Lovely gardens and huge field for dogs was a big bonus and there are lots of walks close by. We had a lovely weekend staying in the Flower Room with our dog Chester. The cottage is lovely and very homely. The owners are very nice a couldnt do more to make our stay wonderful. Would definitely recommend a stay here if you like dog walks and a chilled our relaxing stay. Will definitely return next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our hosts Louise and Edward were perfect, friendly and approachable. The Flower Room at Highbridge House and their very close proximity to the West Somerset Railway's Williton Station was very welcome especially for the Autumn Steam Gala. The location is dog friendly with extensive exercise gardens and numerous dog walking routes.

What a beautiful well equipped property. Home from Home. Beautiful fields and stream where we enjoyed walks and throwing sticks on the stream for our Dog. Edward and Louise were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Visited Minehead, Porlock, Dunster all great places. Dunster Beach is a must. Perfect for dog walking. We had a lovely time and there was everything we needed in the Flower Room. The location is very good and plenty of room for dogs. Very dog friendly and the hosts were brilliant. All in all we would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Lovely welcome from the owners and advice if needed, walks etc. Gorgeous big comfy bed. We always look for a place with a log burner. Secure patio area for our two Bernese Mountain Dogs. The Flower Room is a wonderful place to stay in. Lots of lovely walks in the area. The owners are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We had a day out on The Great Western Railway which is right next door.
