Part of the New Oaks Farm Lodges collection, it provides a comfortable base for couples or small families looking to enjoy rural surroundings while remaining within easy reach of some of Somerset's most popular attractions. The historic city of Wells, renowned for its magnificent cathedral and regular outdoor markets, is 15 miles away, while the spectacular caves and attractions at Wookey Hole are 17 miles from the property. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a round at Wheathill Golf Club (2 miles), which features an 18-hole course and driving range open to visitors. Traditional country pubs, including The Quarry Inn and Cross Keys Inn, are nearby, and attractions such as the Fleet Air Arm Museum, Haynes Motor Museum, Clarks Village in Street, Harry's Cider Farm, and local markets in Wells, Street and Castle Cary are all within easy driving distance.

Step inside to find a spacious open-plan living area combining a comfortable lounge, dining space and well-equipped kitchen. Large doors allow natural light to flood the room while making the most of the countryside views beyond. The lounge area features a Freeview TV with built-in DVD player and a selection of DVDs for relaxed evenings in. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in dishwasher and washing machine, providing everything needed for a convenient self-catering stay, while Wi-Fi is available throughout the lodge. A hallway leads through to the two bedrooms and family bathroom. The double bedroom benefits from its own en-suite shower room with a shower and WC, while the second bedroom is furnished with twin beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests. Completing the accommodation is a family bathroom with a bath, shower over the bath and WC.

Outside, a private decked terrace with garden furniture provides a pleasant space for outdoor dining while enjoying views across the surrounding countryside. The outdoor hot tub is perfectly positioned for relaxing after a day spent exploring Somerset. Guests can take part in guided animal feeding sessions on selected afternoons at no extra cost, offering a chance to experience life on the working farm.
