This one-bedroom luxury lodge is set on a working livestock farm in the heart of the Somerset countryside, offering couples a peaceful rural retreat with countryside views and a private hot tub. Located at New Oaks Farm Lodges, the property is ideally placed for exploring some of Somerset's best-loved attractions, while also providing a tranquil setting in which to relax. The historic city of Wells, home to its magnificent cathedral and regular outdoor markets, is 15 miles away, while Wookey Hole Caves can be reached within 17 miles. Golfers can enjoy a round at Wheathill Golf Club (2 miles), which offers an 18-hole course and driving range open to visitors. Traditional Somerset pubs, including The Quarry Inn and Cross Keys Inn, are nearby, while attractions such as the Fleet Air Arm Museum, Haynes Motor Museum, Clarks Village shopping outlet, and Harry's Cider Farm are all within easy driving distance.

From here, make your way to the king-size bedroom, a stylish and relaxing space designed with comfort in mind. A striking roll-top slipper bath is positioned within the bedroom itself, creating a luxurious and romantic feel, while the en-suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower, double basins and a WC. The bedroom also benefits from direct access to the outdoor hot tub area.

Outside, the furnished patio provides an attractive spot for al fresco dining while looking out across the surrounding farmland. The private hot tub is perfectly positioned for soaking up the peaceful rural views after a day spent exploring. A charcoal BBQ is available to hire, and guests can purchase farm produce and locally made Cheddar cheese on site. Guided animal feeding sessions are also available on selected afternoons at no extra cost, offering a chance to experience life on the working farm. Private parking is available for two cars, while two pubs and a village shop can all be found within 0.5 miles.
