Lovely location close to the sea and the hills. Good pub just up the lane. Not the most comfortable property we've been to and if you want bedside tables in the double room ... forget it! No phone signal either.

Lovely house, in a super super quiet area. Lots of privacy. And so close to the beach. Deer and peacock (almost) in the garden.

This cottage is located down a narrow lane adjacent to the owner's property and adjacent to anything dwelling. However, humans are greatly outnumbered by the wildlife and it is lovely to sit out in the garden. Beware the low lintel on the entrance. It really is low! There is a little shop at the end of the lane. But its location between the beach -Read more unique - and the Quantocks, made our stay. There are so many wonderful walks and very few people, even at the end of July. Thoroughly recommended. Hide

The cottage is in a great location - several days we left the car behind and walked direct from the cottage. The Coast path is an easy 15 minute walk away and there there is great walking all over the Quantocks. Although small, the cottage is well equipped and comfortable. Richard and Sue are marvellous hosts.

This is the second time we have been to the cottage, we loved it, the cottage is set in a beautiful location, so peaceful, and relaxing, this year we even saw the deer in the rear field.
