Minehead is one of Somerset's best-loved coastal resorts nestling between Exmoor and the sea. You will be a short drive to a host of beaches and attractions and lovely locations such as Exmoor National Park, Wimbleball Reservoir with its boating and fishing, West Somerset Steam Railway (which is within walking distance), Dunster Castle and many National Trust properties. Good walks are to be found virtually on the doorstep along with cycle hire and good cycling routes. Golf, horse riding and fishing can all be accessed locally.

The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: one with views of Exmoor and two with glimpses of the sea, 1 king-size with dressing room and en-suite shower and WC, another king-size and 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom: with hand-held shower attachment over bath and WC. Downstairs shower room with WC. Lounge: with Freeview TV, electric fire and french doors. Cosy second living room with TV. Kitchen/diner: with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: french doors open from the kitchen/diner onto a private enclosed sun-trap courtyard that offers outside seating but is not suitable for ball games. Amenities:  Bed linen, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. Please bring your own towels and tea towels. Regret no smoking or pets. Location: beach, shops and pubs walking distance. Bus stops close by.

Property is in a great location, ideal for the beach, restaurants, shops etc. Online information says there is parking for 2 medium cars using garage and drive, this isn't quite the fact as garage is really narrow to get into and the folder in the house states that parking is for 2 SMALL cars. Street parking is almost impossible. There is quite a bRead moreig drop down to the step from the patio doors to the paved area which could be a hazard for someone not very steady on their feet.. This property is well positioned for town supermarkets, steam railway, beach etc, downfall if you have two vehicles parking is very limited only room for a small car, using the garage is a total no no and parking in little side road is very limited as already very busy

Well equipped, clean, comfortable and spacious house. Very near to local supermarkets and for a bracing walk along the seafront. It was lovely to hear the steam train every day.

This was our second visit to a warm comfy cottage in an excellent location for seafront, Minehead and places beyond. Every thing we needed was provided. Would certainly return for another holiday

We found the house to be well equipped and comfortably furnished. Location was easy level walk from town centre in 10+ minutes. Neither bathroom had a shelf so toiletries had to stand on the floor. Car parking very easy and convenient. Proximity to holiday camp across the road was a bit noisy at weekends with windows open.

Trinity House is very well situated being only a 5 minute walk from the beach. The house is spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms for the three generations sharing worked well. It was a quiet location yet within easy walking distance of food superstores.
