This lovingly renovated cottage has been finished in a tasteful, contemporary country-style to impress. It’s the perfect choice for a large family break or a reunion of friends. Located on the A361, may places can we reached with ease, such as the market town of Frome which boasts an impressive regular independent market and range of independent shops. The property is in short walking distance of a pub and a local shop, and day trips to all the major visitor attractions in Somerset can be accessed from the road network with ease. Take a trip to Nunney Castle, Wookey Hole, Cranmore Railway or Longleat Safari Park.

On arrival, you will first encounter the spacious lounge which has a comfortable array of seating. There is also a TV/DVD and a Bose Bluetooth speaker for use; enjoy the open fire on cooler evenings – logs provided. Adjacent to the lounge is the kitchen and dining room, which is bound to become the hub of activity during your stay. The kitchen comes equipped with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, Nesspresso magimix coffee  machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Also on the ground-floor is a bedroom with a king-size bed and its en-suite wet room with shower and WC. From the lounge you can reach the first floor where the other three bedrooms can be found. Two of the bedrooms contain king-size beds and the remaining bedroom is a twin. The main bathroom is also on this level, and includes a bath, separate shower, and a WC.

Stepping outside the cottage, there is an enclosed, gravel covered patio area, reached by descending two stone steps. The garden has a BBQ and outdoor furniture to relax on.

The property was cleaned to a high standard, the comfort level was amazing, literally a home away from home. The owners were lovely and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hosts, great location. Lovely and warm ( didnt need to light the fire) . Only downside for us (we live very rural in Cornwall) was the main road noise . Overall a great break at a great location.

Lovely spacious cottage with beautiful decor & lovely outdoor seating area. Clean & well equipt. Comfortable beds & good shower facilities. The owners where friendly & accommodating & nothing was too much trouble. Good location for getting out & about. Would highly reccommend.

Fabulous cottage, great location for Longleat, Wells, Frome, Glastonbury & Stourhead National Trust . Well equipt for self catering & Debbie left us the most beautiful cake & bottle of wine when we arrived.

Paddington Cottage was a warm welcoming cottage, one of the best we have stayed in. The welcome gift of cake and wine was greatly appreciated. The cottage was very well equipped to feed our family of 8 and was extremely comfortable.

Debbie made us feel very welcome, especially home baked cake and bottle of wine. Also bag of ice and supplied lots of toilet paper. Everything in the cottage is very good quality and tasteful. The owner was very helpful but not intrusive. On request we were provided with a stair gate, and when the kettle broke we were given a new one within the hour!

We found Paddington Cottage well equipped clean and spacious and well maintained. Owners very welcoming and friendly, Milk, cake and wine a lovley touch. A short walk to Nunney a lovely village Easy reach for Bristol ,Bath and other places idealy situated .Throughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again .

We had a lovely time at Paddington Cottage, it was perfect for our family and very spacious. The cottage was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Fantastic cottage for visiting the surrounding areas. The owners were fantastic on arrival being on hand to explain various things and great to find a homemade cake and a bottle of wine on arrival plus some milk in the fridge and also tea bags, sugar and coffee pods. Lovely cottage in a good location. You do hear some road noise from the quarry on a weekday but over the weekend it was quiet so this wasn't a bother. Comfortable cottage with plenty of cutlery, plates, glasses etc.

The cottage has everything you would need. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for us. There are several stairs inside the cottage, but this wasn't too much of a problem. The cake was a lovely bonus too! We had a lovely meal in The George, in Nunney.

Lovely cottage in a good location for local attractions. The kitchen was beyond well equipped- had everything you would need and more. The cottage was clean and tidy and very homely. A lovely place for our family get together.

Paddington Cottage was perfect for our weekend away with family. Ample parking for our 3 cars and great facilities inside with a lovely cake to welcome us. We enjoyed a pleasant walk into the village and getting to Bath was an easy drive. I recommend using the park n ride if going o Bath is on your agenda

Paddington Cottage is stunning. Four good sized bedrooms and everything was spotlessly clean. Kitchen/ living area had everything you could want and the location was great for us. Owners are lovely and contact was very good. We loved this property!

Absolutely stunning cottage, very well equipped, comfortable and spacious. Great location as a base to explore Somerset and Wiltshire. The hosts were lovely and very helpful. There is a busy road near the cottage which can be heard, but we knew that would be the case before visiting and we didn't find it too much of an issue. We had a lovely stay in Paddington Cottage. The Cottage had everything we needed for a pleasant week with family (6 adults and 2 children). The cake left by the owner was delicious and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Yes you can hear the road from the cottage but it's behind a tree/hedge line and really isn't that bad.

Lovely cottage and so well equipped. Owners really lovely and friendly. A beautiful cottage for our family Christmas get together. It was warm and cosy and very spacious. The kitchen/diner was particularly good as the whole family could be together even when preparing meals. There was ample parking and a lovely walk into the pretty village of Nunney. The owners were very friendly and welcoming.

We used this property for our visit to Longleat and were not disappointed by its handy location or the cleanliness and welcome we received. The hosts left us a lovely cake to enjoy and all the family were grateful for this instant pick me up after a long journey. Hosts were friendly, warm and helpful, we would stay again.
