Venture out and visit Wells England's smallest city, where you can walk through the cobbled streets to the gothic cathedral and Bishop’s Palace, or nearby Glastonbury, famed for its Abbey and Tor. There are also an array of pretty market towns and villages to explore in the area including Castle Cary, Bruton and Somerton to name but a few. Just slightly further afield, days out can include visits to historic Bath famed for its Roman Baths and Spa and the metropolitan city of Bristol with it's quayside, theatre and retail opportunities. Other local attractions include Clarks Village, Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole Caves, the Hauser and Wirth Gallery, Longleat Safari Park, Babbington House and National Trust's Stourhead house and gardens.

This charming barn conversion is peacefully situated at the end of a private drive shared only with the owners' and guests staying in the adjoining barn. Upon entering the beautiful accommodation, you are greeted with a light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. In the summer you can open the door to the rear sun-trapped patio to let the outside in, or in the cooler months snuggle up on the comfy sofa while watching your favourite film on the TV and DVD player. The well-equipped kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher, perfect for trying out new recipes or old family favourites. Heading upstairs there is a large landing with a desk for those needing some quiet space to catch up with emails. This leads to the immaculate king-size bedroom which has a beautiful antique bedframe. There is also a contemporary bathroom with  bath, separate shower and WC, whilst there is also a separate WC in the downstairs cloakroom.

Venturing outside and to the rear of the property there is a small secluded patio area with seating, and to the front of the property there is a patio area with seating where you can enjoy your morning coffee. There is also an external shared utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Spotlessly clean. Spacious rooms. Well equipped and designed kitchen area. Very helpful and supportive hosts. A most enjoyable stay. Will definitely return and happily recommend.
