When upon entering the property, you will be greeted by immaculate accommodation, comprising of an open-plan living space. The comfortable lounge area has a sofa and easy chair, next to the chair you will find two USB charging ports for your phones and tablets, there is also a TV which is connected to SKY Q-box and a flame effect electric fire making the lounge space very cosy. The shaker style cream kitchen is fully equipped comprising of an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The sink area has a hot tap for all your hot drink needs however, there is also a coffee machine within the kitchen area. Completing the ground floor accommodation is a contemporary shower room with a large shower and WC. ALEXA controls the stair lighting and bedroom lighting. When it’s time to retreat to your bedroom you will find waiting for you a good size bedroom with exposed ceiling beams and comfortable king-size bed for a restful night sleep. The dressing area has ample clothing storage in the four double wardrobes and a good size dressing table.
