This beautiful farmhouse has exceptional attention to detail and is a perfect base for exploring the most popular parts of Somerset. It is conveniently located 1 mile from the riverside town of Langport, which offers a good selection of shops, cafes and pubs. Visit the towns of Yeovil (12 miles), with its Octagon Theatre, and Taunton (17 miles), home of the Somerset County Cricket Ground. Explore the Somerset Levels, which offer an endless network of walks and cycle routes or visit one of the many country pubs within easy reach. Attractions include Barrington Court (10 miles), Montacute House (14 miles), Haynes Motor Museum (12 miles), Fleet Air Arm Museum (8.5 miles), Glastonbury (14 miles), Wells (19 miles), Muchelney Abbey (2.5 miles) and discount shopping at Clarks Village (11 miles).

Enter this stylishly decorated farmhouse into a light and airy lounge; it is a space made for relaxing with family and friends, featuring a Smart TV, a wood burner and a pool table. The spacious kitchen/diner also has a Smart TV, and bi-fold doors which open into the garden. Completing the downstairs accommodation is a utility room and a useful separate WC. Heading upstairs from the hall, you’ll find three bedrooms, all with a Smart TV. The master is a double with a step down into the en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom is a double and the third is a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request). This last bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. Finally, there is a family bathroom.

Outside, there is a large, enclosed garden with a lawn area, garden furniture and a BBQ - it makes an ideal entertaining space in good weather. The hot tub is particularly inviting at night when guests can enjoy the warm bubbling water under the star-filled skies.

We had a great stay, huge property, comfy beds, very clean. Hot tub a treat and pool table great fun. Our only feedback is the lack of utensils in the kitchen. We saw the huge kitchen and thought it looked perfect. We are foodies and love cooking together but it lacked the basics such as a wooden spoon and scissors

Perfect accommodation, the cottage was massive. Pictures don't do it justice. Comfortable, cosy and enjoyable stay had by all. Hot tub lovely, pool table great. And the log fire was beautiful. Lovely, spacious house with good size bedrooms and a large kitchen. Its located on a main road, but we didnt hear any traffic. Nice hot tub. 2 fridges, which was great. An aga and a further oven. There are holiday properties either side, so you share a driveway. Check in is 4pm and our check out was 9:30am, so you only get 2 full days. Lots of ruleRead mores listed around the property. Lovely house used as a great base to explore the area. Mark was a lovely host and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a day exploring the area. Stayed with 5 other family members and found the house a great size with plenty of room for all.

The Farmhouse is just amazing and was well worth what we paid. Thank you so much for providing such a lovely place for us to stay - we loved the hot tub especially, but the whole property was huge, well laid out and decorated. Beautiful spacious house. Very clean. Beds were lovely and comfortable. Hot tub was amazing and felt luxurious. Pool table was a great bonus and enjoyed multiple times a day. This is a lovely spacious property, in a good location for exploring Somerset. Large garden, and welcoming hot tub, TVs in all rooms and pool table an extra bonus. Just needs a few bits of attention to detail to bring it up to being a perfect holiday home!

The house was lovely and clean, hot tub and pool table good fun. A few serving fishes in kitchen would have been useful but we improvised. Good location for days out. Would stay again.

This holiday let is amazing. so much thought and attention has gone into it and there is everything you need right there. Coffee, tea, sugar milk and a lovely bottle of Prosecco to welcome you. Myself and my family had a pleasant 4 night stay at this property. There was plenty of room in the farmhouse and it was clean and comfortable. Great location as a base too. We went to Clarks Village in Street and Wookey Hole which was fun.

Nice cottage, would recommend, one minor point, the ensuite to the master bedroom doesn't have a door, this isn't mentioned in the detail, just raising this in case it is important to anyone. We visited in March and therefore didn't appreciate all that the cottage has to offer for a summer break. You can see from the photos there isn't a dining tabRead morele inside that would cater for 6, but lovely big table outside for outdoors eating in the summer. Hide
