This luxurious barn has been converted with exceptional attention to detail and is perfect for families and friends who want to spend time together. The historic towns and cities of Axbridge (3 miles), Cheddar (5 miles), Wells (13.5 miles), Glastonbury (14 miles), Bath (28.5 miles) and Bristol (21 miles) are all accessible by car. The seaside towns of Burnham-on-Sea (6.5 miles) and Weston-Super-Mare (10 miles) are within a short drive with their golden sandy beaches and family entertainment. The western edge of the Mendip Hills, known locally as Crook Peak, can be seen from the property and is a must for keen walkers, whilst the Strawberry Line cycle route is just 3 miles away. The first two weeks in November is carnival season with the renowned Bridgwater, Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-Super-Mare Carnivals all within a short drive.

Step inside this stunning property and you will immediately find yourself in a spacious entrance hall which leads through to a fantastic games room with a pool table and Smart TV. There is also a snug lounge with a Smart TV and French doors opening into the garden. Head upstairs from the hall to the fantastically appointed open-plan living area with far-reaching countryside views of Crook Peak. The lounge/kitchen/diner is made for relaxing, with a Smart TV and doors to the balcony with seating and views, making the space even larger – it’s just perfect for warm sunny days. The well-equipped kitchen is a great space for cooking lazy breakfasts or trying out new recipes. There is a utility cupboard in the games room for your laundry needs. You will find all four bedrooms on the ground floor, all beautifully decorated and with Smart TVs. There is a master king-size bedroom with French doors leading to the garden with views to Crook Peak, a second king-size bedroom, a double room and finally a twin room (the latter three bedrooms all boast en-suite shower rooms). Completing this floor is an immaculate family bathroom.

You will find a large enclosed, secluded garden where you can either enjoy al fresco dining on the patio with outdoor seating or relax with a good book. The property also has table tennis outside for those feeling  little competitive. The highlight of the garden is the hot tub, under cover  which is particularly inviting at night when guests can enjoy the warm bubbling water under the star-filled skies.

Great barn in a lovely location. Plenty of room; more than enough seating areas, dining, and bathroom facilities for 8 people. Hot tub, games room and pool table definitely highlights for us. Would be amazing in summer to have better use of the garden and roof terrace (we stayed in February).

Fabulous property and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of space for everyone and we were a group of 8 adults. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We would visit again and recommend to others.

Lovely barn with great personal detail and decorated for Christmas. The welcome pack to name a few of Prosecco, chocolates, biscuits, dog treats , toffee apple vodka was amazing.

Perfect cottage for a family gathering with plenty parking and loads of space inside. We look for dog friendly, light, modern, with a high standard of furnishings and bathrooms for each bedroom. This holiday home certainly delivered and some. Everyone had a great time, including the dogs who soon adjusted to upside down living.

Great space. Pool room and hot tub well used. Snug was great as a bedroom for the baby! Very handy location for beach and country walks. Hostess was very helpful. Recommendation for Sunday lunch at The Lamb Inn at Axbridge was spot on. As it was October and mixed weather we didnt get to use the outside area much but it would be great for darts and Read moretable tennis tournaments and a bbq in better weather. Hide

Outstanding property very clean, good facilities, good location for Brean, Burnham, Weston-super-Mare, Cheddar gorge and Wookeyhole. Good Enclosed Garden for pets. Lots to do there pool table , Table tennis , darts. We had a lovely holiday there. Negatives were no sky TV and you can hear traffic from very busy A38 road but all in a great place.

It was a fantastic holiday property with all you could ask for with plenty of rooms and space and lots of activities to keep everyone amused. Perfect base to visit lots of different places within Somerset and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again.

A beautiful barn conversion. Very airy and spacious. A big enclosed garden with views across open countryside, with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. Our young people loved the hot tub and had pool tournaments in the games room. The barn was beautiful, light, airy and a delight to stay in. We were welcomed from the start and arrived to flowers, wine and tasty local produce. A cosy cottage for a family get together. We appreciated the pool room for a little engagement party. There was plenty of space for everyone and the views are lovely. We would love to come back in the summer.
