This semi-detached property offers uninterrupted views across the Bristol Channel from the master bedroom and bathroom, as well as private access onto the 7-mile stretch of sandy beach which lies at the bottom of the garden. The property is a short stroll to the heart of the coastal village of Brean (within 1 mile) with its amusements, shops, and eateries. Brean Country Club golf course (2 miles) is open to non-members as well as the country club’s restaurant where you can enjoy an afternoon tea or evening meal whilst enjoying stunning views over the golf course. The popular seaside towns of Burnham-on-Sea (5.5 miles) and Weston-Super-Mare with its world-famous Weston Grand Pier (9 miles) are within easy reach as well as attractions such as Cheddar Gorge (16 miles), Wookey Hole (21.5 miles) and Glastonbury Tor (22 miles). Other family attractions include Animal Farm Adventure Park and Brean Splash, both 2 miles.

This coastal property is accessed via some external steps, which lead to a raised patio. Step inside and you will immediately find yourself in an entrance hall which is the perfect place to leave your coats and sandy shoes. The hall leads to a contemporary lounge, which is made for relaxing with family and friends, with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, a wood burner and French doors opening onto the raised patio. Continue along the hall to the light and airy kitchen, which has sliding doors opening onto the garden and all the facilities you will need to cook a lazy breakfast or a delicious feast. An archway connects the kitchen to the dining room and, on warm sunny days, you can open the French doors in this room to bring the outside in. All three bedrooms are beautifully decorated. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and is a king-size room with a Smart TV. Completing this floor is an immaculate family shower room. The final two bedrooms can be found on the first floor; there is an impressive master king-size with a Smart TV and French doors opening onto a Juliet balcony which boasts uninterrupted views across the Bristol Channel. The final bedroom is a twin room and looks towards Bleadon Hill. Completing this floor is a family bathroom, which also boasts sea views and a contemporary free-standing bath.

To the rear of the property is an enclosed garden with a patio, which makes a lovely spot for your morning coffee or some al fresco dining. The garden offers private access via external steps to the 7-mile stretch of sandy beach, which is fabulous for everyone including the family dog.

We stayed at this beautiful house over Easter, milk eggs bread and a bottle of wine & Easter eggs had been left. . We absolutely loved everything about this holiday home. Mandy the owner has thought of everything to make you feel really welcome. We didnt want to leave and will definitely try to book again. Thank you so much.

Really lovely, kind considerate owners, private access to the beach, nice well come package with treats bread milk wine, beds comfy, good wifi, nice and warm. Would visit again, owners checked that all was ok.

Had everything we wanted as a family first getaway for Christmas. Amanda was really helpful the day we arrived and the rest of our stay was perfect. We were able to checkout later which was an added bonus. Attention to detail was first class. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had a lovely, relaxing holiday at Seaholm, it is a beautiful home in an amazing location right on the beach, it is dog friendly as is the beach in front of the property, we enjoyed daily walks along the beach to Brean Down (where there is a national Trust cafe) and evening meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen.
