This charming semi-detached retreat is nestled in a serene rural setting, encompassed by 24 acres of picturesque woodlands in the Exe Valley. Step inside, straight into the open and welcoming kitchen/diner/lounge of this enchanting property with eco credentials – it’s served by solar panels and the cottage’s water supply comes from a local spring. The kitchen area is well equipped and has plenty of space to enjoy meals on the dining table situated adjacent. The living area is heated by a wood burner which sits in the corner of the room, where comfortable sofas provide a relaxing place to cosy up and enjoy the TV/DVD. Completing the downstairs space is the bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. The property has one bedroom upstairs, a restful room with a king-size bed, Juliet balcony and countryside views over the fields.

Outside to the rear is an enclosed lawn garden and to the front of the cottage, accessed via the lounge patio doors, is a bistro table and chairs to enjoy morning coffee or your favourite tipple in the evening. Guests are also able to explore the farm’s 24 acres of land, and pay a visit to the resident pigs and chickens.
