We loved the cottage it was warm and cosy with lots of lovely little touches, like the bread, pears, cider and the starter pack of wood for the wood burning stove. It was very central for Wellington, Weston, Cheddar, Street etc which was nice. The orchard was super for our dog and all in all I would certainly recommend this sweet little cottage forRead more 2 people. Hide

Russet Cottage was well equipped, comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. Probably will go back again sometime. A bit off the beaten track so one has to get to Wedmore to use buses. Our host James was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely, well equipped cottage. The owners were very friendly and made us welcome, had a lovely peaceful break here. Suggested walks proved a little difficult with a large dog due to a number of styles we had to carry him over but not a massive issue at all.

A modern, clean, really well equipped and comfortable conversion. A lovely area to explore with some wonderful dog-friendly pubs with great food nearby (although not within my walking distance). We had an excellent break here - the glorious weather was a bonus. Thanks James & family.

We enjoyed our stay which is ideal for taking the dog as there are plenty of walks and an orchard for them to explore. The accommodation could not be faulted as it was clean and comfortable. The location seems rural and is good for relaxing but is only a few minutes drive form Wells, Glastonbury, cheddar etc.All in all to be recommended.
